Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing significant wear after use
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will work to provide a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was shipped.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
